Terms & Conditions for STYLES BY KO

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are between STYLES BY KO (also referred to as “STYLES” in this entire agreement) and you as an end user of STYLES BY KO‘s website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to abide by the Terms outlined here.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between STYLES BY KO ( also referred to as ‘STYLES’ in this entire agreement) and you, the end user of the STYLES BY KO  website. From time to time, we may update or revise these Terms due to changes in our business practices or legal requirements. You are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms, as well as our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree with any of the Terms or updates, you should discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Orders, Pricing, And Payment

The Services provided by STYLES (legally registered as STYLES BY KO) include:

2. Coordination with third-party logistics providers to deliver purchased Products (“Logistics Supplier”).

You agree to pay the full price for the Product as displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, shipping, or service fees. All prices are listed in local currency relevant to your country of access and are subject to change at the sole discretion of STYLES.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in any of the following cases:

• The product is out of stock.
• Your payment is not authorized or declined.
• There are shipping restrictions on the item.
• There is a pricing, description, or technical error on the Website.
• For any other reason, at our sole discretion.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified via email, and any payments made will be reversed where applicable. STYLES shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such cancellations.

All card payments are subject to authorization by your bank or card issuer. If authorization is not received, your order will be cancelled, and you may be contacted to provide an alternative payment method. We are not responsible for delays resulting from such authorization failures.

STYLES reserves the right to limit quantities of any item purchased per order, per customer, or per household, including orders placed using the same account, credit/debit card, billing or shipping address.

In cases of technical errors, transmission issues, or system outages that result in incorrect pricing or interrupted transactions, you agree to cooperate with us to resolve the issue. We retain sole discretion in determining the appropriate resolution.

Back Orders: In some cases, Products may be placed on back order due to limited availability. If your item is on back order, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation. Please note that back-ordered items may take up to 45 days to arrive from the date of order. We appreciate your patience and will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible

 

3. User Conduct and Content

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your use of this Website, and you are solely responsible for ensuring such compliance.

4. Shipping

• To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, you are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at the time of your order.
• Risk of loss and title to the products you purchase pass to you once the logistics provider delivers the purchased items to your designated address.
• STYLES is not responsible for delays, lost or missing products, or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccuracies in the information provided by you.
• All items undergo quality control checks before dispatch. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer care team at [customercare@stylesbyko.com] immediately to arrange for a return.
• Unless otherwise stated, estimated delivery dates are approximations. We strive to meet them, but they are not guaranteed delivery times, and actual delivery may vary.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

At STYLES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return policy for products delivered to you. Please ensure you read and follow our Returns Policy on the website for detailed instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• New, unused, and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging with all product tags still attached.
• Accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds will be credited back to your credit/debit card or bank account, with any applicable bank charges (if any) deducted.

• Refund Processing: Refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed, depending on your bank’s processing times. The exact timing is subject to the card issuer’s policies, and STYLES is not responsible for any delays in refunds by third-party financial institutions.

STYLES cannot guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of the refund due to the involvement of multiple third-party organizations in online transaction processing and the variable internet infrastructure and banking holidays.
