Returns & Refunds Policy for STYLES

At STYLES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

 Be returned within 15 days of delivery.
 Be new, unused, and in original condition.
 Be in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and promotional items included.
 Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Please note: Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or returned without full packaging may not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

 Final sale items.
 Lingerie, innerwear, and jewelry.
 Toiletries and perfumes.
 Products used, assembled, or installed (unless defective).
 Items returned due to preference for a different color, size, or style (we do not offer exchanges at this time).

How to Initiate a Return:

 Email us at customercare@stylesbyko.com with your order number and reason for return.
 Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide any necessary
instructions.
 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds:

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
 Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process, depending on your bank’s timeline.
 Any applicable bank charges may be deducted from your refund.

Partial Returns & Promotional Items:

 If returning an item from a bundle or promotional offer, the full promotion must be returned for a full refund.
 If you keep part of the promotion, only the returned item’s value (adjusted based on the offer) will be refunded.
 Vouchers or discount codes used on returned orders will be cancelled. If the voucher has already been used, its value may be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping:

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.
 If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Refunds on Cash on Delivery Orders:

 COD orders are eligible for refunds via bank transfer upon providing valid bank details.
 Cash refunds are not offered.
 If only part of a COD order is returned, the Cash on Delivery fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges:

 We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
